Carolyn, Just wanted to say thanks for all your help in ordering our bamboo shades. We looked for over a year and just could not find the right shades for our living/dining area until we came upon your website. Even though the order was placed online, it was so nice to be able to call you personally and ask questions - you were so courteous and helpful. And when there was a problem with the color of our edge binding (which was not your fault), you readily contacted the manufacturer and corrected it immediately. I received and installed the blinds today. The installation took 40 minutes (30 on the first), this was the first internet home decorations I have ever ordered. I have to write and tell you that in a day when it is hard to find a good product at a good price, I have found one. I checked numerous web sites and your company had the best price and they were delivered super quick. My blinds arrived today and each box was labeled with the correct blind for the correct window. That made installation so easy, I just laid each blind at the particular window where it was to be installed and the rest was easy. From start to finish I installed 21 blinds in 3 hours, I'm not sure how quick a professional could install them but for me that was alot quicker than I expected. Last but not least, the blinds looked beautiful. I had to talk my wife into going with the embossed cherry(she thought those would be too dark), but after seeing them installed she loved them. My wife's grandparents liked them so well they have said that they would like to put faux wood blinds in their home, if so I know where to order them.
